Bauleiter*in Photovoltaik Großanlagen (m/w/d)

Wir suchen eine erfahrene und engagierte Bauleiter*in für die Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Photovoltaik Großanlagen. In Ihrer verantwortungsvollen und abwechslungsreichen Position übernehmen Sie die technische und organisatorische Projektabwicklung und bauen ein neues Errichtungsteam auf. Sie sind nicht nur für die fachliche Leitung zuständig, sondern auch aktiv an der praktischen Umsetzung beteiligt und verfügen über eine ausgeprägte "Hands-on-Mentalität".

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Leitung und Steuerung der Bauprojekte von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme von Photovoltaik Anlagen (AC/DC)
  • Verantwortung für die Montage, Verkabelung und elektrische Anschlussarbeiten sowie Servicearbeiten an bestehenden Anlagen
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bereitstellung von Material und die Überwachung der Logistik

Aufgabenbeschreibung: Als Außendienstmitarbeiter sind Sie für ein klar definiertes Vertriebsgebiet verantwortlich und betreuen Kunden in Ihrem Verkaufsgebiet. Sie bauen langfristige Partnerschaften mit ansässigen Elektro-, Heizungs- und Sanitärfachbetrieben sowie Dachdecker auf und stehen in engem Kontakt mit den Außendienstmitarbeitern diverser Hersteller. In der Regel sind Sie 4 Tage die Woche bei Ihren Kunden und 1 Tag im HomeOffice tätig.

Anforderungsprofil:
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von mindestens 5 Jahren, idealerweise im Bereich Photovoltaik-Technologien

Tu trabajo:
Desarrollo y gestión de grandes proyectos en el campo de la fotovoltaica / eólica / hidrógeno verde Desarrollo de Negocios: Identificación de nuevas ideas de proyectos y adquisición de proyectos en Sudamérica (principalmente en Colombia)
Gestión de proyectos:
* Acompañamiento de los proyectos desde el inicio hasta la puesta en marcha y más allá,
* Coordinación con todos los stakeholders como comunidades, autoridades, planificadores, tasadores, peritos, proveedores, etc.
* Preparación y presentación de ofertas, incluidos planos y documentación,
* Apoyo activo a la cartera de proyectos existentes.
Tu perfil:
* Mentalidad "manos a la obra", talento organizacional y alta resiliencia,
* Personalidad emprendedora con una amplia comprensión del comercio electrónico (contexto técnico, legal y económico),
* Experiencia profesional relevante en el campo del comercio electrónico / energías renovables , minimo 3 anos o mas,
* Buenas habilidades de TI (los programas MS Office, los sistemas AutoCad y GIS son una ventaja),
* Dominio de idiomas como español e inglés (C2), otros idiomas como alemán, portugués, francés son una ventaja,

* Disponibilidad para viajar por toda Colombia y licencia de conducir si es necesario. Vehiculo propio.
